In her book entitled SAVE, published by Textem publisher Hamburg, Jennifer Bennett writes
about the nation and the state, self-organization, the development of large corporations, co-operation between
different interest groups and indigenous populations. It is also a personal view on the fact of being thrown into
a world that is determined by systemic aspects and it shows what crucial role individuals can play in society.
The book contains interviews with around 40 people from different places in Chile, Argentina, Mexico, the United
States, Germany, France and Denmark. It encounters personalities who actively intervene in the forms of social
life and try to create the basis for an existence independent of only monetary maxims. In the end it is all about
a paradigm shift away from a focus on monetary values and the idea of exchange, to a comprehension that all of us
are temporary guests, who share our lives on the world.
The book is written mostly in German, partly in English.
